Shipping policy

At Platinum, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience and ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Below are the details of our shipping, delivery, and pickup policies:

 

Delivery Time

Orders within cities in the Kingdom are delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

 

Shipping Cost

  • Delivery fee: 39 SAR for most cities in the Kingdom.
  • Free shipping for orders exceeding 1000 SAR.
  • Note: If the customer selects a city covered by our service but provides a different address, the order will not be shipped, and the amount will be refunded after deducting order processing fees.

 

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number are entered correctly to guarantee smooth delivery. If the customer provides incorrect information such as an invalid phone number or an incorrect address/location, and the shipping company attempts to contact the customer but receives no response, the company will not be held responsible for the failure of delivery. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

 

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as bad weather or emergency situations.

In such cases, we will notify you of any expected delay.

 

Order Receipt

Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure the product is intact and undamaged.

If any damage is found, please notify us immediately.

 

Storage Policy

Goods are stored at Platinum showrooms for up to 60 days from the order date.

After this period, a storage fee of 50 SAR per additional day will be charged.

We kindly ask you to collect your order within the specified period to avoid extra fees.

 

Return and Delivery Policy

 

If the product is returned by the customer, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, the company will bear the delivery cost.

 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us to proceed with the cancellation.

 

Special Delivery Notes for Certain Areas

Please note that some areas are not covered by door-to-door delivery via Aramex. In such cases, the customer must pick up the order from the nearest Aramex branch in their area.

The company will contact the customer to specify the appropriate branch.

 

Pickup Policy

After confirming your order, the Platinum team will carefully prepare your products. The product will not be available for immediate pickup.

Once your order is ready to be transferred to the branch you selected for pickup, a notification will be sent to your mobile number and/or email.

The preparation and transfer process usually takes between 5 to 15 business days.

For your convenience, please wait for the readiness notification before heading to the branch.
