 Orders and Shipping:

• Shipping: Delivery is available to cities across Saudi Arabia for a flat fee of SAR 39. Shipping is free for orders above SAR 1,000.
• Estimated delivery time: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation.


Payment:
• The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and MasterCard.

Return Policy:
• Products may be returned within 24 hours of receipt by completing the Return Request Form available on our website. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.
• For in-store pickups: The product must be returned on the same day to the same branch where it was collected. Returns to other branches are not permitted.
• For shipped orders: The shipping company will contact the customer to arrange pickup. If the customer fails to hand over the product within 24 hours, the return request will be canceled.
• Customers have the right to return a product within 24 hours of receipt if a manufacturing defect is found.


Order Cancellation:
The company reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without any obligation or liability toward the customer. In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded to the same account or payment method used for the purchase.
